Other than the obvious, here are a few good reasons to list your home with an agent.

"Bargain Hunters" prey on For Sale By Owners (fsbo's).  The thought is that they can deal easier without an agent involved.  They are experienced, smooth talking and pushy.  We are there to help keep these opportunists under control.

Legal issues come up often.  If a form required by the state or federal government is improperly completed by either party it may void the agreement and the sale may be able to be overturned.  We take on that liability in most cases.
